Description
Human NCI-H1650 is a human cancer cell line derived from a patient with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), from 27-year-old male with bronchoalveolar carcinoma. It is an adherent cell line with epithelial-like morphology. NCI-H1650 is extensively used in cancer research to understand the biological mechanisms and pathways involved in lung adenocarcinoma.
Gentarget generated this Luciferase reporter cells, transformed by luciferase lentivirus transduction. This cell line expresses the firefly luciferase gene under the enhanced CMV promoter (suCMV). It also carries the Puromycin resistance under Rsv promoter. The cell line demonstrates high level of bioluminescence signal via firefly luciferase assay. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
