Description
Human NCI-H929 is a human B lymphocyte, suspension cell line derived from the bone marrow of a patient with advanced multiple myeloma (62-year-old female). This cell line’s surface antigen profile is: PCA-1 +, CD38+, CD138+, CD19+, CD45+, CD56+, CD40+, CD54+, CD20-, CD10-, CD34-, CD14-, CD3-, HLA-DR -, EBNA-.
NCI-H929 is extensively used for studying multiple myeloma other B-cell malignancies. The cell line is used in the development and testing of immunotherapies, including monoclonal antibodies and CAR-T cell therapies, aimed at the surface antigens.
Gentarget generated this Luciferase reporter cells, transformed by luciferase lentivirus transduction. This cell line expresses the firefly luciferase gene under the enhanced EF1a promoter. It also carries the Puromycin resistance under Rsv promoter. The cell line demonstrates high level of bioluminescence signal via firefly luciferase assay. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
