Description
Transformed from SH-SY5Y cell line ( originated from a human bone marrow with neuroblastoma) by lentivirus transduction, this cell line express enhance Firefly Luciferase reporter under the constitutive CMV promoter. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker. The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
