Description
Human T47D cell line was derived from the pleural effusion of a ductal carcinoma of the breast of an 54-year-old female human patient. The T47D cell line has been used in the studies of the effects of progesterone on breast cancer and the corresponding transcriptional regulation caused by introduced drugs, in the anti-proliferative effects of potential drugs, in migration and podosome formation. T47D has proven useful in breast cancer studies and bone metastasis.
Gentarget generated this Luciferase reporter cells, transformed from human T47D cell line with by lentivirus transduction. This cell line express the firefly luciferase 3 gene under the enhanced EF1a promoter. The Puromycin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell line demonstrates high level of bioluminescence signal via firefly luciferase assay. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
