Description
This lentivirus expresses human target, IDH2: isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (NADP+), mitochondrial (alternative name: D2HGA2; ICD-M; IDH; IDHM; IDP; IDPM; mNADP-IDH). Its codon sequence is 100% matched CDS region (NCBI ID: NM_002168.3).
Isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) and 2 (IDH2) are enzymes involved in cellular metabolism and cellular differentiation
The target is expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for regular constitutive high expression, and optionally, used as inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
It contains a RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter, allows to sort the transduced cells vai Red Fluorescent signal, or blasticidin resistance selection. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance.
See Product Manualfor details (.pdf).
