Description
Lentivirus expresses human target: IL2RA (interleukin 2 receptor, alpha), (alternative name: CD25; IDDM10; IL2R; TCGFR), with coding sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000417.2.
The target was expressed under the optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (click to see more technical details). It constitutively expresses the target, but also optional can be used as for the inducible expression when used together with its repressor (TetR). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic. RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (concentrated, provided in PBS, premixed with 10x of polybrene, 60ug/ml).
