Description
Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system. This cell line has the following two expression cassettes integrated into its genome.
The codon optimized GFP is expressed under an inducible suCMV promoter. The cell line constantly expresses the repressor protein (tetR) which stops the GFP’s expression. The GFP expression only occur when the inducer, tetracycline was added into the culture medium.
