Description
Transformed from Hela cells by lentiviral system. This cell line has the following two expression cassettes integrated into its genome.
The codon optimized eGFP is expressed under an inducible suCMV promoter, containing Neomycin selection. The cell line constantly expresses the repressor protein (tetR) which stops the GFP’s expression. Then, the GFP expression only occurs when the inducer, tetracycline was added into the culture medium.
