Description
Pre-made β-Lactamase Lentiviral particles expressing beta-laztamase (TEM-1) under optional inducible suCMV promoter. A GFP-blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via GFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual selection). GFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
