Pre-made β-Galactosidase (lacZ) Lentiviral particles expressing sequence verified full length lacZ gene under tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A blasticidin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression via Puromycin antibiotic. See product manual (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
