Description
Pre-made β-Galactosidase (lacZ) Lentiviral particles expressing sequence verified full length lacZ gene under tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A blasticidin-GFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via GFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). GFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See product manual (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
