Description
Pre-made lentivirus has the firefly luciferase (FLuc) reporter under 5 x (C30) Blue-light inducible promoter. This lentivirus contains the GFP fluorescent marker under RSV promoter. It pairs with a light-activator expression lentivirus (CAT#: LVP473 or LVP474) to achieve the blue light-inducible Luciferase expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution.
