Description
Pre-made lentivirus has the RFP reporter under 5 x (C30) Blue-light inducible promoter. This lentivirus contains the Neomycin selection marker under RSV promoter. It pairs with a light-activator expression lentivirus (CAT#: LVP473 or LVP474) to achieve the blue light inducible RFP expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200 ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 10x polybrene.
