Description
Premade Luciferase express the firefly luciferase reporter under the enhanced EF1a promoter. A Puromycin antibiotic marker was expressed under RSV promoter, which allows to select transduced cells, via Puromycin antibiotic. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 50 ul/per vial, at 1 x 109 IFU/ml in PBS (with stabilizer).
