Description
Pre-made firefly luciferase and GFP expression Adenovirus. Firefly luciferase and GFP are bicistronically expressed under the same suCMV promoter, mediated by a 2A element which allows expressing two individual targets (not as fusion-target).
Adenovirus was concentrated and purified into PBS solution. See Product Manual for details.
Amount: 1 x 1011 IFU/ml x 50ul in PBS containing 5% sucrose, for in vivo application.
Shipping and storage: overnight shipment in dry-ice package. Stored at -80oC.
