Description
Pre-made Lentiviral particle expressing mouse LIN28 gene (sequence verified), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A Neomycin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.
Particles are provided in DMEM meduim with 10% FBS and 10x polybrene (60 ug/ml)
