Pre-made Lentivirus express mouse target: NANOG (alternative name: ENK, ecat4), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_028016.2.
Target is expressed under an optional inducible CMV promoter. A RFP-blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
