Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (mCherry) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).
mKate has the Ex/Em wavelength as: 587nm/610nm.
It is the concentrated lentivirus in PBS.
Application:
- monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
- create RFP (mCherry) expression stable cell line;
- others;
