Description
Transformed from MDA-MB-231 cells by lentivirus, this cell line express the enhanced GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the our proprietary super strong constitutive CMV promoter which demonstrates the strongest GFP signal. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker. The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
