Description
Transformed from MDA-MB-231 cells by lentivirus, this cell line express the enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the our proprietary super strong constitutive CMV promoter which demonstrates the strongest GFP signal. Cell line contains a Blasticidin antibiotic selection marker. The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
