Description
The near-infrared Red fluorescent protein (niRFP) was characterized with high brightness and photostability, with the far-red part of the spectrum, which makes it an excellent fluorescent marker. It can be used for whole-body images with better contrast and brighter images than other fluorescent proteins.
Transformed from MDA-MB-231 cells by lentivirus transduction, this cell line express the near-infrared Red fluorescent marker (niRFP) under the our proprietary super strong constitutive CMV promoter which demonstrates the strongest fluorescent signal. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker. The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
