Pre-made Lentvirus for sub-cellular labeling Mitochondria. BFP fluorescent signal targeted in Mitochondria via the Leader sequence of the engineered E1 alpha pyruvate dehydrogenase. This is the version containing Puromycin (Puro) antibiotic selection marker. See sample image in HEK293 cells below.
