Description
Pre-made lentivirus express the mitochondrial targeted pH-sensitive probe, Mito-SypHer under the enhanced EF1a promoter . This lentivirus also contain the Blasticidin antibiotic selection marker under RSV promoter. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x108 IFU/ml in PBS (Concentrated virus in PBS solution).
