Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (dTomato) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).
dTomato has the Ex/Em wavelength as: 554nm/581nm. dTomato has a shorter excitation wavelength, which may make it useful for some imaging applications where longer wavelengths are not optimal
It is the concentrated lentivirus in PBS.
Amount: 1 x 108 IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
