About Lysosomes :
Lysosomes are membrane-bound organelles found in most eukaryotic cells. They contain a variety of enzymes that are involved in intracellular digestion, the breakdown of macromolecules such as proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and carbohydrates. It also play a key role in cellular waste disposal, defense against foreign invaders, and regulation of cellular metabolism.
About Nano-Lantern Lysosomes :
This Lentivirus construct the fusion of Orange-Nano-Lantern with the lysosomal associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP1) that targeted at Lysosomes . It allows real-time Luminescence imaging the Lysosomes sub-cellular structure in dynamics in live cells. The lentivirus contains the puromycin selection. Click Product Manual for product details.
