Description
Pre-made lentivirus for sub-cellular labeling Nucleus area. RFP fluorescent signal only showed in nucleus area targeted by an improved NLS (Nuclear localization sequence) signal. The virus contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker which allow to select the positive transduced cells.
This is the concentrated lentivirus in PBS, good for serum sensitive culture and for hard-to-transduced cell type, or directly In Vivo application.
