Description
Pre-made Lentivirus sub-cellular labels Plasma membrane area. It has Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) targeted in Plasma membrane via ADP-ribosylation factor 6, a plasma membrane protein. It allow to visualize the cellular plasma membrane in live cells under Fluorescent microscope.
This lentivirus contains a Puromycin (Puro) antibiotic selection marker which allow to select the transduced cells
