Pre-made RFP lentiviral particles expressing codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) marker under suCMV promoter. A Hygromycin antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector expression cassette:
