RFP (CMV, Puro) lentiviral particles in PBS

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).

This RFP has the Ex/Em wavelength as:  558nm/583nm. It is the concentrated lentivirus in PBS. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create RFP expression stable cell line (via Puromycin selection);
3. others;

Amount: 1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
