Description
Lentivirus constitutively expresses the SEAP reporter (click to see its coding sequence) under an enhanced EF1a promoter. A GFP marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort the transduced cells by GFP fluorescent signal. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, 1 x 108 IFU/ml, concentrated lentivirus in PBS, best for serum free cell culture and for the hard-to-infect cell types.
