Description
Lentivirus expresses the SEAP reporter (click to see its coding sequence) under an enhanced EF1a promotoer. A RFP–Puromycin fusion dual marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells by antibiotic killing, or fluorescent sorting. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
