Description
Lentivirus expresses the SEAP reporter (click to see its coding sequence) under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. SEAP gene is constitutively expressed in high level without any induction, or optionally, inducible expressed upon tetracycline induction when the TetR repressor is present. A GFP marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort the transduced cells by GFP fluorescent signal. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
