Description
Lentivirus expresses the SEAP reporter (click to see its coding sequence) under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. SEAP gene is constitutively expressed in high level without any induction, or optionally, inducible expressed upon tetracycline induction when the TetR repressor is present. A Neomycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select the transduced cells by antibiotic killing. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, 1 x 108 IFU/ml, concentrated lentivirus in PBS, best for serum free cell culture and for the hard-to-infect cell types.
