Description
Premade optional inducible negative control shRNAlentivirus under human H1 promoter. Negative shRNA controls containing a insert that designed has no homologous to any human or mouse transcripts (should not target any known human or mouse genes). These controls serve as a useful negative control / reference for interpretation of target specific knockdown results.
Particles contains a Blasticidin selection marker. The transuced cells can be selected by Blasticidin antibiotic.
