Description
Premade optional inducible lentiviral shRNA elentivirus, knockdowning β-Galactosidase (lacZ) gene. Particles contains a GFP-Blasticidin dual selection marker. GFP fluorescent signal provide a convenient method to observe the virus transduction under microscope, and the transduced cells can be sorted / selected via either fluorescent signal or Blasticidin.
shRNA sequence was designed in β-Galactosidase codon region, demonstrating greater than 90% knockdown levels for exogenous (trasnfected lacZ expression) in HEK293 cells.This is the concentrated shRNA lentiviurs, provided in PBS solution as 200ul/vial at 5 x10e7 IFU/ml, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.
