Description
Premade optional inducible shRNA lentivirus, knockdown firefly luciferase gene. Particles contains a GFP-Blasticidin dual selection marker. GFP fluorescent signal provide a convenient method to observe the virus transduction under microscope, and the transduced cells can be sorted / selected via either fluorescent signal or Blasticidin.
shRNA sequence was designed in firefly luciferase codon region, demonstrating greater than 75% knockdown levels for exogenous (trasnfected luciferase expression) in HEK293 cells. This is the concentrated shRNA lentiviurs, provided in PBS solution as 200ul/vial at 5 x10e7 IFU/ml, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.
