Description
Premade optional inducible negative control shRNA expression particles under human U6 promoter. Negative shRNA controls containing a insert that designed has no homogous to any human or mouse transcripts (should not target any known human or mouse genes). These controls serve as a useful reference for interpretation of knockdown results.
Particles contains a Puromycin selection marker. The transuced cells can be selected by Puromycin antibiotic.
