Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses SV40 Small T Antigen (click to see its sequence) under enhanced CMV promoter, 100% matching to the small T-antigen’s CD sequence in Simian virus 40 (Accession ID: J02400.1).
The lentivirus contains RFP–Blasticidin dual selection, which allows to select the transduced cells via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
