Pre-made lentivirus express RFP flurescent reporter under a native human SYN1 promoter for selective expression in Nurons.
This lentivirus also contain the Blasticidin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
