Description
Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) under an enhanced EF1a promoter. A Blasticidin (BSD) selection marker was express under Rsv promoter, which allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed its expression cassette structure:
The re-engineered EF1a promoter is strong constitutive promoter. It is non-tissue specific, highly expressed in all cell types, and less likely be silenced after long-term culture. See Product Manual (.pdf).
Amount: 1 x 108 IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS. (This is the concentrated lentivirus with higher titer).
