Description
Transformed from ZR-75-1 cell line ( a human breast cancer cell line, an adhesive epithelial cancer cell line derived from a malignant ascitic effusion in a 63 year old female Caucasian.), this cell line express enhance GFP fluorescent marker. GFP was expressed under the constitutive enhanced EF1a promoter. Cell line contains a Puromycin antibiotic selection marker.
The follow expression cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
Each cell showed strong GFP fluorescent signal.
