Description
Lentivirus expresses human target: ERBB2, v-erb-b2 erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 2, (alternative name: NEU; NGL; HER2; TKR1; CD340; HER-2; MLN 19; HER-2/neu), with coding sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_004448.3.
The target was expressed under the optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) (click to see more technical details). It constitutively expresses the target, but also optional can be used as for the inducible expression when used together with its repressor (TetR). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic. RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
