Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expresses human target, VSIR (V-set immunoregulatory receptor) (alternative name: B7-H5; B7H5; DD1alpha; GI24; PP2135; SISP1; VISTA). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_022153.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. This lentivirus can be used for constitutive high expression (without any induction) or used for inducible expression with tetracycline or Dox induction when the tetracycline repressor protein (TetR) is present.
A GFP-Puromycin fusion dual marker under the RSV promoter allows the selection of transduced cells via fluorescent sorting or Puromycin killing. The GFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles’ performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
